Before cutting, check that the leather material matches the correct sample color card.

First, arrange the layout and leather according to the size, shape, and requirements of the paper grid. Place the paper grid reasonably, achieving the principle of opening long before opening short, opening large before opening small, and matching the size reasonably. Place the appropriate leather in the appropriate position to improve its utilization rate.

The surface patterns and colors of the cut leather should be matched with color matching, without obvious root lines, flower marks, and sand holes. The leather surface should not wrinkle or fade, and there should be no nail marks, knife marks, or other flower marks.

The cover, front and back panels, side panel leather, and horizontal head should have matching patterns, and the leather surface should be free of cracks, blemishes, root scars, knife scars, loose lines, cow tendons, and spots. The pattern color should be consistent and should be matched with the material for feeding to the workshop.


Cutting process standards for lining and auxiliary materials:

1. Before cutting, it is necessary to carefully check whether the name, specifications, and color of the material being punched match the paper grid knife mold.

2. The material being cut must be punched according to the required pattern.

3. Materials with color differences must be matched and punched separately. The punched accessories should be opened and marked to avoid unnecessary confusion during production.

1. When punching, the material surface should be straight, without wrinkles, creases or rolling up. The number of cutting layers should not exceed the specified number to avoid deformation of the cutting die.

Marking:

Before marking, carefully check whether the accessories and positions that need to be marked are correct, and the marking position should be accurate.

The temperature and strength of the marking machine should be adjusted appropriately, and the printed logo pattern font must be complete and clear. The depth and strength of the logo pattern font should be balanced, without crushing or ghosting.


Scraping skin:

1. When shoveling, the thickness and width of the shoveling should be adjusted according to the production thickness and bag type of the leather material. The thickness and width of the shoveling should be consistent with the order process requirements, and the thickness and width of the shoveling should be uniform. The bottom layer of the leather material should not have ripples or unevenness.

2. Handbags usually have a 3/8-inch slanted opening, thin corners, flat folding edges with a 3/8-inch blade, silver bags have a 5/16 inch slanted opening, inner grid folding edges with a 5/16 inch blade, and large side folding edges with a 3/8 blade;

3. The thickness of an oversized shovel accessory should be determined based on the softness and hardness of the leather. In general, the shoulder strap ears and handle ears should be over 1.4mm, and the bottom support should be made of 0.4mm leather paper and nylon lining; The size of the silver bag is over 1.5mm, the inner skin is over 0.8mm, the bag skin is over 1.0mm, and the middle skin is over 0.6mm.
